Happy April! As we move head and heart first into Spring I think its a great time to clear all the physical and mental clutter from our lives. I challenge you to clear the excess possessions from your home and donate them to those in need and take a moment of quiet meditation daily to set your intention so you can make positive waves in the world around you. In the spirit of giving to those in need I am collecting clothes for the Shipibo tribe in Peru who have been hit hard by devastating fires this past November and the floods this March.
